1) Venkat Sivananda Kumar, GFS’s Promoter, CEO, holds a B.Com (Bachelors of Commerce / undergraduate commerce degree) from Osmania University and an alumnus of Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar. Before starting GFS, he worked for 15 months with Intellecap, a development consulting company, and for 2 years with the Retail Banking and Rural Microbanking and Agribusiness Group at ICICI Bank. He started a microfinance consultancy www.microsupportcapital.com and worked with tier 2 and tier 3 MFIs especially from A.P, Orissa, Karnataka. His area of expertise includes Quality Assessments, Microfinance Institution Loan Portfolio Audits, Business Planning, Financial Modeling, Microfinance Institution Development, and Capacity Building for self-help groups.

2)Anand Rao G, He received a Bachelor of Commerce degree from SKCG College, Paralakhimundi and joined as Accountant in Gram Tarang Financial Services in the month of May, 2009. Previously, he worked as Accountant for reputed NGO?s called Gram Vikas and BREDS for about 20 years. He also attended various seminars and training programmes on Financial Management, Accounting Standards, FCRA procedures organized by international agencies like Bftw (Germany), German Agro Action (Germany) and NABARD(India).

3) Asish Kumar Nimala, Did his graduation in Economics in VD College Jeypore, Orissa under Berhampur University in the year 2007 and he holds a rank as well . After that he joined CSREM to pursue PGDM in Rural Management. He did his summer internship in GTFS and associated with GTFS since its inception and has experienced in all aspect of Microfinance. He has a good rural based training skill and officially joined as Area Manager on May 17th 2010.

4)Hemanth Kumar Kuldeep, He holds a bachelors degree in economics and an MBA degree from CSREM with specialization in Marketing and Rural Management. He did his internship in Gram Tarang Financial Services and received Pre Placement Offer in the month of July 2009. He has been associated with Gram Tarang Financial Services since then and officially joined as Area Manager on May 17th 2010.

5) Jeetendev Nayak, He holds a B.COM(A/C) hon’s degree from Berhampur University and a PGDM degree from CSREM with specialization in Finance and Rural Management. He did his internship in Gram Tarang Financial Services and received Pre Placement Offer in the month of July 2009. He has been associated with Gram Tarang Financial Services since then and officially joined as Area Manager on May 17th 2010.

6)Meeta Kumari: She holds a B.B.M. honors degree from Gaya College, Gaya and PGDM degree from CSREM, Paralakhemundi with specialization in Finance and Rural Management. She did her internship in Pratham, an NGO based out of Bihar. She has officially joined Gram Tarang Financial Services as Finance Manager on 1st June, 2010.

7) Vidyadara Rao Sailada, He holds a B.Tech (ECE) degree from GMRIT and after that he worked for Vitalsoft Articrafts Private Limited, Hyderabad on web development (.Net, PHP) for 9 months and after that in 2008 he joined CSREM to pursue his PGDM. In 2009, he has done his Summer Internship with the GramTarang Financial Services for two months and since then he is assisting Gram Tarang Financial Services (GTFS) on various aspects of Microfinance Management like MIS handling, Operational aspects, fund raising etc. On May 17th 2010, officially joined in Gram Tarang Financial Services.

8)P. Suresh Kumar, He holds a B.Com (Hons.) degree from SKCG College, Paralakhemundi. After that he has worked with SWSS and other NGO’s for two years as Computer Administrator, then after he worked as a Computer faculty in Kiranmai Junior College, Pathapatnam. After that he led his own Computer Institute for about 8 years in Pathapatnam during which he involved in Computer Sales & Service and offered so many courses to so many students to improve their employability skills. After that he worked as Computer Administrator for 1 year in Hyderabad, then after he joined in GTFS on 10th February, 2010 to look after all the aspects of ICT (Information and Communication Technology).
He received 8 diplomas that include DCA, PGDCA, Diploma in Networking, Diploma in Web designing, Diploma in Hardware, Diploma in AutoCAD (Civil), Diploma in Multimedia, and Diploma in DTP.
